CMMS
Computerised Maintenance Management Software
Asset Tree Structure |
|
As in MicroMaint, easy software navigation and simple menus are the keys to MiniMaint’s simplicity. This is first provided by an asset tree structure with a cut, copy and paste facility. Each asset is located geographically and can be found quickly using the simplified search. From there a double click can lead you to all your asset information. A plain menu design offers fast access to all program areas that are required to maintain and manage your medium to large enterprise maintenance operations. Click here for image. |
Asset Information |
|
The reports you need should guide you towards your
asset classification, and there are ample fields to record
location, cost centre, downtime cost per hour, service time
and many more including 20 user defined fields. |
Work Requests |
|
With no knowledge of MiniMaint required, this allows
those outside the maintenance department to post requests to the
supervisor. This is a simple screen that allows feedback on the
progress to be provided to the creator. The supervisor has the
option to transform the work request to a work order just by a
simple click of the mouse. |
Planned Maintenance |
|
Besides the standard PM, model PM’s allow for similar
assets. Model PM’s are templates stored in a library and thus can be
applied at any time to any number of assets. A link between model
PM’s and those applied to assets is maintained so that changes to
the model are carried through. |
Work Orders | |
Three setup choices allow you to generate your work
orders, automatically when you open the software or at a specific
time during the day, or manually, the option is yours. |
Spare Parts and Stock | |
Beyond the
standard features such as actual and available quantities, minimum
reorder levels and maximum order quantities, available in
MicroMaint, MiniMaint includes 4 new information area, such as Parts
in Warehouse, Assets possessing the part, Work orders using the part
and Purchases. This provides comprehensive information on all spare
parts and stock allowing complete inventory management within the
maintenance department. |
Reports | |
One of the prime reasons for implementing a CMMS is to
obtain and review reports. Three ways allow you to do this; 1. Monitoring Table where one glance gives feedback on the overall performance of your operation and has a drilldown capability to further information 2. Asset analysis (shown here) where information on any particular asset can be examined |
