Computerised Maintenance Management Software
General
As software becomes more and more capable, we at Xetec believe that
most programs can only be easy to use after you have been shown how.
We therefore provide in-depth training with all products, and more
importantly, necessary assistance in program
implementation. Not all software, fills that criteria however, and
in those cases, we provide every assistance to enable clients to
adopt the software on their own without training. Our MicroMaint
software has been adopted by companies who have in fact, never
received training.
User Support
We provide User Support for all CMMS packages. This consists of an
annual cost which is optional, although we recommend that it be
taken for the first year at least. The support consists of a
combination of web-based PC-to-PC control, telephone, e-mail support
and all updates. For further details on what is available please see

Training
A training room with a capacity of 9 trainees is available in our
offices. It is complete with Overhead Projector and Air
Conditioning. All trainees have their own desk and PC. We also
provide training on site, where training can be customised to suit
requirements and include a focus on implementation within the
client's organisation.
Implementation
We at Xetec believe that there is a definite limit to the amount of
training required, and that in many organisations, there is a strong
case for immediate implementation after basic training. We therefore
include implementation time along with many of our training courses.
Implementation always consists of working on-site with live systems
after a complete installation on your network.
Consultancy
To Xetec, consultancy days are very dependent on you, the client.
They usually consist of a combination of a presentation by both
parties, and a detailed examination of the situation to assess the
best way forward.
